On The Hill Flowers is a florist based in Harrow, London. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Orders & pricing

• All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if a specific variety is unavailable, while maintaining the style and colour palette of the arrangement.
• Order confirmation by email does not guarantee fulfilment if an item is unavailable; we will contact you promptly in such cases.

Delivery

• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm Monday–Saturday.
• Delivery zones and charges are shown at checkout.
• We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts where no one is available to receive the order.

Cancellations & refunds

• Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a full refund as preparation may have already begun.
• If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
